Recycling of end of life conveyor belts

The Mavinil’s technology allows recovering PVC coming from end of life conveyor belts, avoiding landfill and obtaining PVC ready for a second life. This process is based on cyclonic technology, and obtains PVC ready for a second life by separation from the fibres, taking advantage of the difference of densities between the two fractions.

Recycling of PVC plasticized pipes reinforced with a rigid PVC spiral

The Mavinil’s technology allows to recycle PVC pipes with rigid and P-PVCs, obtaining two homogeneous R-PVC.This process is based on the different melting point of both PVCs (rigid and plasticized), that makes them perform in a different way one in comparison to the other, allowing the separation.

Recycling of end of life advertising banners PVC made

The Mavinil’s technology allows the recovery of PVC advertising banners, avoiding landfill and obtaining PVC ready for a second life, with no consumption of non renewable raw materials. Due to the visual impact of the banners, their short cycle life and the fact that it’s a product used in a public area, this solution ensures a correct end of life impact, and a suitable recycled raw material for a new application.
