Thermal reinforcement with co-extruded steel cables

To enhance the flexural stiffness of PVC window profiles the plastic matrix has been reinforced with steel cable. This reinforcement has a significantly lower heat transfer than conventional reinforcements for window profiles, with a resistance comparable to that of steel. With this reinforcement the newly developed window systems contribute to the decrease of the energy consumption in buildings. They are also suitable for the construction of passive houses. The steel-PVC composite is fully recyclable.

Integrated sash window profile

Integral sash PVC window profiles from Inoutic are combining the advantages of structural glazing with warm edge insulated glass capabilities and outstanding stability of oversized window sashes. The large distance between the single glass panes allows integrated shading systems. A gas filling with insulating gas is also possible. Slim sight lines allow architectural design solutions that have never been achieved with PVC windows before.
