Hot runner injection moulding in PVC

Dietzel Univolt successfully implemented for some injection moulding products, such as pipe clips and other accessories, hot running systems, even in 16 or 32 cavity tools. Furthermore, since the year 2009 all lead formulations have been substituted by Calcium zinc stabilised PVC compounds. In a second step also the small remaining gate material has been re-used inline by regrinding the material and adding the milled material to the virgin one.

Quad Extrusion for rigid PVC profiles

The Quad extrusion for rigid PVC conduits has been implemented on an existing twin screw Cincinnati extrusion unit. The high precise extrusion tooling was built by an external tooling manufacturer. The bushing device has been realised as an in house project. After some ramp up problems, such as tolerance shift due to 4 material channel distributions, the process is now in place with a stable output rate and a very good quality level.

FXP conduits

The Turbo effect, the easiest way for cable inserting! A very new inner surface design for flexible conduits leads to a faster and less strenuous insertion of the cables, thus leading to a reduction in labour costs. The new axial profile reduces the contact area between the cable and the conduit and therefore of course the installation forces. This big advantage is given without compromising the existing quality of the proven flexible conduits.
