Eco outdoor garden components: with 100% recycled PVC

The products we create use 100% recycled PVC. Our material is supplied by manufacturers of inflatable products, tensile structures and other firms that have a large quantity of PVC waste either in the form of cut-offs or remains from spools. We use all shapes and sizes of waste PVC, from large, shapeless pieces to small scraps. We have invented a method to ensure the durability of this material for outdoor use, one which improves our lifestyles and ensures a florid and colourful atmosphere for our gardens and open-air spaces with minimal maintenance. The idea is a carbon-zero process which is both constructive in social and economical terms. We produce outdoor furnishings, garden flowers, poufs of various sizes, benches, vases suitable for all weather conditions. 13 Ricrea’s project uses a vast quantity of PVC waste, improving our own living spaces which are always fresh and ironic with minimal maintenance!

Eco Flower’s Wall: a nice way to recover PVC scraps

Our idea is to reduce left over PVC using high quantity of scraps and cut off coming from any PVC converter. We developed a method to decorate outdoor walls of any kind.

Maintenance: washable with water and soap

These outdoor walls are modular panels mounted on stainless steel or aluminum structure. The panels are made of variable sizes (Max size of panel 140 cm x 300 cm) and can be removed for maintenance. Each panel will use from 40 to 80 kg of PVC scraps depending on the weight of the material itself.

Colors: any color available

Colors presented in this project come from Arimar company working in the soft boat industry. Outdoor eco flower’s wall can be applied in any condition. 13 Ricrea’s project uses a huge quantity of waste PVC rubber from the nautical pollutant waste and conferring a second life which improves our own: urban walls which are always fresh and ironic with minimal maintenance.

PVC in water: an idea for outdoor spaces

The product we want to create is made of 100% recycled PVC. The scraps we use come from manufacturers of inflatable products. We have invented a chair to ensure the durability of this material for outdoor use, one which improves our lifestyles and ensures a florid and colourful atmosphere for our outdoor spaces and open-air spaces with minimal maintenance. The product is manufactured with scarps of soft boats, uses the cut off and it is fixed on an aluminium structure. It could be an idea for outdoor spaces such as restaurant, bar and beaches, light and ironic at the same time.
